Andrew Miller is an experienced trial, litigation, municipal and criminal law attorney. He graduated from University of Pennsylvania with Dean’s List and Hofstra University. He was a judicial law clerk for Superior Court of the State of New Jersey where he mediated lawsuits on behalf of Judge Richard Friedman and Judge Paul Kramer in Burlington County. Mr. Miller worked as a deputy attorney general for the State of New Jersey, Office of the Attorney General, Environmental Protection and Insurance Sections. Mr. Miller also was an instructor of political science, where he taught at courses in American Politics, State and Local Government and Political Philosophy at Temple University, LaSalle University, University of Pennsylvania. Before joining the law firm of Kim & Bae, Mr. Miller worked as a senior litigation attorney at Eisenberg & Baum, New York City, where he handled civil litigation in mediation, arbitration, state and federal courts in New York, New Jersey. His area of expertise includes employment discrimination, copyright, real estate and insurance coverage, including litigation of appeals. He also litigated significant media-reported lawsuits such as sexual harassment against American Apparel and copyright infringement at the 5Pointz art site in Long Island City.
