Elliott Joffe has spent more than a quarter century in private practice, representing businesses and individuals before the state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York. He has tried more than two dozen cases in various venues, including both bench trials and jury trials, in a wide range of practice areas. Mr. Joffe has obtained reported decisions by the appellate courts in New Jersey, as well as one by the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He has prosecuted and defended lawsuits involving claims of legal and professional malpractice, breach of contract, fraud, personal injury, consumer fraud, violations of commercial law, violations of wage and hour law and employment discrimination, among many others. He has also handled a number of will contests and estate disputes, real estate title disputes, bankruptcy actions and many other types of civil litigation.
Mr. Joffe obtained his J.D. from Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey and a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
